If we are unable to retrieve a working unlock code for your vehicle from the information you provide, you receive a full refund. Simple as that.

To qualify for a refund

• The serial number or VIN you submitted was accurate, and
• We were unable to supply a working code for it.

How to request a refund

1. Email Contact us with your order details (vehicle, email used, and the serial/VIN you submitted).
2. We'll review and, if eligible, refund your payment through PayPal — usually within a few business days.

Please note

• If a correct code was delivered but didn't work because of an incorrect serial/VIN you entered, send us the corrected details — we'll re-issue the code at no extra charge.
• Codes are tied to the information provided at the time of order.
