Common questions

Why does my radio need a code?

It's an anti-theft feature. The code is only needed if power to the radio was interrupted — a dead battery, a disconnect, or theft.

I haven't received my code yet.

Check your spam/junk folder first. Make sure the email address you entered is correct. If it's been longer than the service window, email us with your order details.

The code didn't work.
