Common questions

Why does my radio need a code?

It's an anti-theft feature. The code is only needed if power to the radio was interrupted — a dead battery, a disconnect, or theft.

I haven't received my code yet.

Check your spam/junk folder first. Make sure the email address you entered is correct. If it's been longer than the service window, email us with your order details.

The code didn't work.

Double-check you entered the serial number or VIN exactly. If it still won't unlock, contact us — we offer a money-back guarantee if we can't retrieve a working code.
