Should be a 10 digit number and end with a space (Example: 81056011 02).

Caution! Be sure to include any spaces in serial #.

after receiving radio information (radio serial, etc)

We have not received your radio information via email, (Radio serial# Model# etc).

We have attempted to email your information but it comes back "undeliverable mail".( Make sure all "email blocking" software is off ).
